Project95 Subscription
Upon successful application for the Project95 program, you will gain access to the Project95 hub via Clarity Campus. All terms and conditions of use for Clarity Campus are applicable for the continued use of Project95.
What is Project95
Project95 is an innovative service designed to enhance operational excellence within accounting firms. It focuses on tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and fostering peer collaboration among firm administrators. This service aims to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and achieve measurable improvements in firm performance.
Monthly KPI Tracking
Firm administrators to enter and monitor their firm’s performance metrics on a monthly basis with Clarity Street’s bespoke KPI reporting software. By tracking these KPIs, firms can identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and ensure that they are on track to meet their operational goals. Each KPI will have a dedicated input field and dashboard to visualise monthly results, compare them with targets, and track progress over time.
* A subscription to PowerBI is required to fully utilise these tracking and visualisation features.
Peer Collaboration
Monthly meetings provide a platform to review KPI results, discuss challenges, and brainstorm solutions. This peer network is crucial for sharing insights, best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The meeting structure includes a monthly frequency, with at least one team member per firm expected to attend. The agenda covers a review of monthly KPI results, discussion of challenges and solutions, sharing of best practices, and a Q&A session. Attendance is mandatory, and 24 hours notice is required for non-attendance.
* Monthly attendance is mandatory.
Please note:
- All users need to have either a Power BI Pro or Power BI Premium per user (PPU) license to view/interact with the report dashboard. Some licenses, such as the Microsoft 365 E5 license, include Power BI Pro – so users might want to confirm their license with their IT provider before purchasing a Power BI Pro or Power BI Premium per user (PPU) license. For detailed information and pricing, please refer to the Power BI license pricing page: Power BI License Pricing.
- Meetings are held monthly and attendance from at least one team member per firm is expected at every meeting. 24 hours notice is required should you not be able to attend. If 3 meetings in row are missed, your access to Project95 will be removed and your subscription will be cancelled.
- The Project95 subscription requires a minimum commitment of 3 months. After this period, you may terminate your service with Clarity Street by providing 30 days' written notice.
- If you fail to cancel in accordance with these Terms, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis. Your credit card on file will be charged on the first day of each renewal period until notice of cancellation is provided.
