Disbursements encompass any costs related to completing a job that are not recorded in a time sheet. These costs are also referred to as "costs" in XPM, and they can include charges from subcontractors, outsourcing fees, subscription expenses (such as Xero or Next), legal fees, ASIC fees, and more.
