This session delved into the configuration and utilisation of FYI's Collaborate function, providing participants with valuable insights and practical tips on harnessing the power of teamwork and enhancing productivity within their organisations.

The session kicked off with a discussion on the various aspects required for configuring and optimising FYI's Collaborate function. One of the key highlights was learning how to link a OneDrive Admin account that is not attached to an individual user. As well as, connecting the Collaborate feature to create and manage the SharePoint site, which acts as a user portal for accessing and co-editing documents with the firm and ensuring a smooth and streamlined collaboration experience for all stakeholders involved.

Furthermore, in the session we emphasised the importance of updating email templates you intend on using in conjunction with the Collaborate feature. Demonstrating how participants could customise email templates to incorporate the correct Site, Upload, and Document attachment links.

An interactive demonstration of the Collaborate function was also given. The step-by-step walkthrough aimed to equip users with the knowledge to leverage this powerful tool within their organisations.
