This question is followed by an equally important one: Did you also work through what services you would offer to your ideal client type? These questions form the bedrock of client segmentation, which is key to driving success in any business.

However, it's not enough to only segment clients based on how much they pay you. You also need to consider how much time and effort goes into servicing them. We will explore how to track what services each of your clients are using and what "class" each client falls into, i.e., A, B, C, etc. By understanding what type of clients you have and what services you offer to each, you can provide the right level of service to your clients.
